• Multimedia Tutorials on Energy Efficient Technologies for MSME sector – Commissioned by BEE

  ALTERNATIVES in association with DESL (Development Environenergy Services Ltd.) has produced 50 energy efficiency tutorials for the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. The tutorials are designed keeping in mind the needs of MSMEs across diverse sectors and involve extensive use of 2D and 3D graphics to explain the working principles of the technologies involved.

• Renewable Energy Technology Packages for Rural Livelihood - Commissioned by UNDP

  ALTERNATIVES produced 25 films for UNDP and MNRE. Highlighting application of Renewable energy in livelihood rural India, the films involved the extensive use of 2D graphical elements for explaining the principles of technologies involved.

• Multimedia tutorials on Energy Efficient Technologies and Practices in Rolling Mills & EIF - Commissioned by UNDP

  This project for the UNDP & Ministry of Steel involved the production of 24-tutorials on energy efficient technologies in Steel Re-rolling Mills & Electronic Induction Furnace. The tutorials involved extensive research and use of 2D graphics.

• Multimedia Tutorials on Energy Efficient Technologies and Practices in DRI - Commissioned by UNDP

  Another project commissioned by UNDP & the Ministry of Steel, the 5 multimedia tutorials revolved around the application on energy efficient alternatives in the sponge iron industry.

• Digital Media Collaterals for uptake of steel usage - Commissioned by UNDP

  The project involved the creation of 4 Films, 60 Infographics and 10 Slogans for aimed at the promotion of steel usage in India. It was commissioned by UNDP for the Ministry of Steel.

• PRATHAM - Commissioned by ISC

  Produced for EESL, the documentary covered the voluntary motor replacement programme in the Surat Textile and Jamnagar Brass Clusters of Gujarat. The project was commissioned by Institute for Sustainable Communities

• PRITHVI - Commissioned by UNDP

  Commissioned by UNDP, this video was a concept elucidation of plastic waste management project in collaboration with Coca Cola

• The SPARK – a series on Cleantech innovations - Commissioned by UNIDO

  The 3 film series was produced for UNIDO. Shot in the states of West Bengal, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the films documented clean technology innovations.

• Energy Efficiency baseline videos in 5 MSME clusters - Commissioned by UNIDO

  Produced for UNIDO, these 5 films recorded the baseline scenario with respect to technology in industrial clusters across the country. The findings were then used to suggest EE interventions.

• Replacement of Conventional Furnace with Induction Heating - Commissioned by BEE

  This film was produced on behalf of the InsPIRE Network for Environment, for the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and on behalf of InsPIRE Network for Environment, Delhi, under the National Programme on Energy Efficiency and Technology Upgradation for SMEs. The project also benefited from the guidance of the Ministry of MSME.

• Replacement of Lathe Machines with SPM - Commissioned by BEE

  The film was produced for the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), on behalf of InsPIRE Network for Environment, Delhi, under the National Programme on Energy Efficiency and Technology Upgradation for SMEs steered by BEE and Ministry of MSME.

• More Steel with Less Energy – A Success Story - Commissioned by UNDP

  Commissioned by the UNDP, the film was produced with SRRM owners as the target audience. The film showcased the successful adaptation of energy efficiency measures at M/s TK Steel Rolling Mill, Ludhiana, under the UNDP-GEF-GoI initiative. The production process involved not just extensive research but also the extensive use of 3D graphical elements for explaining the principles of technologies involved.

• Film on Impact of UJALA Scheme in Jharkhand - Commissioned by EESL

  This film recorded the impact of the UJALA Yojna in Deoghar, Jharkhand. Shot on location the film was produced for EESL and the Ministry of Power. The film was produced on behalf of Teamwork Communications.
