ALTERNATIVES has worked for prominent organisations of the development sector such as GALVmed, Fight Hunger Foundation (Action Against Hunger), and Room to Read.

• Video Documentation of livestock vaccination and related livelihood programmes - Commissioned by GALVmed

  7 documentaries and 5 articles commissioned by GALVmed (Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines). The objective was to document the progress of the poultry vaccination programmes supported by GALVmed in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Odisha, which has been supported by BMGF and UK Aid.

• Rural Campaign for awareness on poultry vaccination - Commissioned by GALVmed

  ALTERNATIVES conceptualised and executed a Radio and video van-based campaign for GALVmed. Aimed at raising awareness about poultry vaccination, the project also included the creation of 3 films on poultry vaccination in 5 districts of the state of Chhattisgarh, India.

• Film on water and sanitation related activities – Commissioned by GIWA

  ALTERNATIVES has produced more than over 10 films documenting the work of the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance. Shot in Delhi, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar the films highlight some of the biggest issues faced by India today such as pollution, water scarcity and open defecation.

• POSHAN II Programme - Commissioned by Fight Hunger Foundation

  Shot in the remotest of districts of rural Rajasthan the video documents the execution of different phases of the POSHAN II programme. Run by the Govt. of Rajasthan the programme is supported by world renowned organizations such as ACF, GAIN and UNICEF.

• Life skill training - Commissioned by Room To Read India Trust

  Commissioned by the renowned NGO - Room to Read, two documentaries were produced by ALTERNATIVES. The videos showcased the transformation in the lives of young girls and their families as the girls received life skills from Room to Read.

• Baseline videos on livestock healthcare – GALVmed

  ALTERNATIVES produced 6 videos that documented the baseline scenario with respect to small holder livestock farmers in rural India. The findings helped shape the upcoming GALVmed-Hester Biosciences Veterinary Social Enterprise project.
